Too Weak... way too weak Fantastic scent..... but as others have said about other products with this scent.... it's far too weak. This is a pricey candle.... with a gorgeous yet extremely faint scent. Please address and I will buy these monthly! 17 January 2013

Fabulous I've been buying the black pepper candle for 2 years now and won't be without it. We have recently moved house and on the first day I unwrapped this, lit it and was instantly at home. The fragrance is fabulous and has quite a throw to it. I light this in the hall and you can smell it in the back bedroom on the top floor. Everyone comments on the scent when they walk into the house. It's not like anything you will smell elsewhere and makes the supermarket bought air freshener candles smell like poison. I have 2 gripes though. It doesn't last long. I find I have to blow it out sooner than I'd like just to make sure I'm not getting through a Medio size in a week, which I have done before. Plus, it doesn't smell like the black pepper shower gel. I bought mine in store so could smell it before buying it. We use other items from the black pepper range but I bought the candle based on its own scent and not because I assumed it would smell like the shower gel etc. Fine if you know what you're getting but it could be an issue for someone buying online who might buy before trying and thinks it will be exactly like the original black pepper. 7 September 2012

Fragrance Free? While I had high hopes for this candle because I love the fragrance of the entire line of Black Pepper by MB, this falls extremely short. I smell zero fragrance when this candle is burning - its more like a fragrance free candle....unless its so faint I can't sense it. The body wash, soap and lotion are all so fragrant....I would have expected more. 25 July 2012
