- Yuan zhi root (helps rebalance and soothe)
- Aromatic oils of ylang ylang, vanilla and rose
- Hydrolysed wheat protein (a natural skin conditioner)

Blending traditional Chinese plant extracts and soothing aromatic oils, this bath & shower gel is a must-have for busy lifestyles.
- Yuan zhi root: this plant extract is traditionally used to help balance and calm.
- Vanilla: taken from vanilla orchids, these seeds were prized by the Ancient Aztecs as an aphrodisiac.
- Hydrolysed wheat protein: helps keep skin soft and supple.

In the shower - massage across damp skin with hands or sponge, then rinse. In the bath - add 20 to 30mls into warm running water and enjoy.
For best results, follow up with Relaxing Yuan Zhi Body Cream to help lock in moisture and scent.

Nice I bought the sample size set online when the set was on sale. This is really nice scented shower gel. I'd buy this instead of other soaps if it weren't for the price. Because of the price, I only buy this occasionally. 16 May 2013

Destress with ease This shower wash is perfect just before bed when I don't want to use my Black Pepper. It's sweet and alluring fragrance will linger on the skin until you hop into bed. The smell helps me get whisked away into dreamland and will always be in my cabinet as a go to product. 26 February 2013

Another delicious scent from MB I got it in a sampler shipment along with five other scents and didn't appreciate it to the full extend at first. But overtime it became one of my favorites. Sweet and sensual, it's not as complex as some other fragrances, but it's absolutely delicious and makes me happy and relaxed. There is something about this gel that makes it just right. 5 February 2013

Christmas presents I am a fan of this and many other M B products and have no problem in giving them 5 stars. However, on this occasion, I was buying over the internet a number of items to give as Christmas presents. The problem is one of packaging i.e. 2 Bath and Shower lotions in the same box. Nice packaging but a problem if it is 2 seperate gifts. I was not asking for gift packaging but it would have been nice for the items had been in their basic boxes. It lives by it's title. This is the product in the range that I turn to the most when I am looking for the one with the most relaxing properties. As the title states, it really is relaxing. The scent is a very strong aroma producing warm, soothing and calm qualities. The bathroom air is infused with the aroma even long after usage, as well as lingering on the skin. This is highly recommended after a long day at work. It really is a treat to bathe in and you may find yourself induced to pick this one everyday. Only a few drops are required as the product lathers up well. Overall, if you are looking for something to help sleep well, this is the product recommended. 8 June 2012

My habitual treat Can't do without it.. Knowing I can reach for the purple bottle and slide into soothing foam at the end of the day prepares me for sleep. A must have in every bathroom This product is absoutely luxurious and beautiful. From the moment you open the lid the smell is divine.
