First time l tried this. Although llove Naran Ji, l was slightly disappointed with the length the fragrance lasted. l would have hoped it would have lasted much longer. 11 February 2013

Not Impressed Despite the high price, I thought I'd give this room spray a try since most of the reviews were positive. However, it really left me unimpressed. The scent is weak, I had to use several pumps to even detect the aroma and in an open floor plan house it seems like the scent vanished within minutes. Puzzled by the reviews raving about having to merely use one pump worth that would last for hours, certainly not my experience and would not waste my money on this item again. Overall, I feel the products are overpriced and do not live up to the catch phrases used to describe them. I have tried the Mulberry Conditioner and while it smelled nice, it certainly did not volumize my hair as advertised in its description. Also, I did not think the pepper body wash was refreshing at all, in fact, a basic mint one provides more of an energizing feeling. While the lip balm I bought seemed nice on the lips, I thought it did not warrant the charge, half that cost or less would have been more appropriate. And finally, the free gift box they included was a bit of a joke since it came prepacked with my various items I ordered, denting the box in multiple places and then they all taped it with heavy duty packaging tape, which would defeat the purpose of trying to offer it as a gift to anyone when it looks so tacky and you'd have to cut the tape open to retrieve the items you intended for yourself vs the gift item. The overall experience left me with a feeling that I overpaid for my order and found none of the "buzz words" that described the items to be accurate for the products. Needless to say I would not re-order nor would I recommend the company to others. 8 December 2012
