In the shower - massage Re-charge Black Pepper Bodywash across damp skin with hands or sponge, followed by rinsing. In the bath - add 20 to 30mls into warm running water and enjoy.
For the men's deodorant, twist at the base to raise the stick, then rub under the arms after bathing.
